We do not verify insurance. Most insurance companies have a comprehensive list of contracted providers for each plan on their website. We always ask patients to check with their insurance company first to make sure the provider you want to see is in your network and that naturopathic or acupuncture is covered by your plan.

We also offer an out-of-pocket discount price payable at time of service and we’ll provide you with a SuperBill so you can bring to your insurance for reimbursment.

NEW PATIENT CHECKLIST:

New patients must establish with a New Patient Appointment before booking any other appointment types.

We ask that all new patients also book a 45 minute follow-up about 3 weeks after their first visit to ensure we can follow up in a timely manner

Your appointment is not considered booked until you receive an appointment confirmation AND you have completed all the questionnaires in the CHARM patient portal, including adding a card on file
