I'm new here. How do I get started?
- Anyone new to our clinic needs to establish as a new patient.
- New patients must schedule a New Patient Appointment before booking any other appointment types.
- We ask all new patients to also book a 45-minute follow-up about 3 weeks after their first visit, so we can check in on how you’re doing in a timely way.
When is my appointment officially booked?
Your appointment is not considered booked until you receive an appointment confirmation AND you have completed all the questionnaires in the CHARM patient portal, including saving a card on file.
Do you take my insurance?
Arizona visits are cash pay only, $425 per hour. We do not bill insurance for Arizona visits.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full Circle Natural Medicine has a 48-hour notice cancellation policy. We require 48 hours’ notice in the event of a cancellation to avoid a fee.
