• Anyone new to our clinic needs to establish as a new patient.
• New patients must schedule a New Patient Appointment before booking any other appointment types.
• We ask all new patients to also book a 45-minute follow-up about 3 weeks after their first visit, so we can check in on how you’re doing in a timely way.

Your appointment is not considered booked until you receive an appointment confirmation AND you have completed all the questionnaires in the CHARM patient portal, including saving a card on file.

• We are in-network with: Premera, Regence, BCBS, Lifewise, Anthem, Kaiser PPO, First Choice.
• Patients with out of network plans will need to be self pay, but can be given a superbill to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
• We are not able to bill Medicare or Medicaid plans.

Full Circle Natural Medicine has a 48-hour notice cancellation policy. We require 48 hours’ notice in the event of a cancellation to avoid a fee.
